To print thumbnails in MS Word:
1. Open a Microsoft Word document.
2. Goto File / Print.
3. click the arrow at the right side of the 'Pages per sheet' list box.
4. Choose 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, or 16 pages per sheet.
5. Click OK.
